DIGITAL
TRANSFORMATION
MARCH 2026

March 2026 at Innovated by Design we focus on Digital Transformation. Digital transformation goes by many names; digitisation and business transformation, but the intent is the same: to rethink how we create value in a world where technology, data, and customer expectations keep evolving. It’s about redesigning the way we work (processes, culture, skills and systems), not just adding new tools.

Digital transformation is reshaping how organizations create value—by rethinking processes, culture, and customer experiences through the smart use of data and technology. In this series, we explore what digital transformation really means beyond “going digital,” and how teams can move from scattered tools to connected, scalable ways of working. What does a strong digital strategy look like? How do you prioritise initiatives without losing momentum?

When is automation helpful—and when does it add complexity? And is digital transformation a one-time program, or an ongoing capability that should be embedded across the organisation? Whether you’re just starting out, refining an existing roadmap, or looking for practical examples from practitioners, you’ll find insights, frameworks, and perspectives to help you lead change with clarity and impact.

Decoding Next with Tino Klaehne

And in the midst of the biggest technological shift since the internet, most organizations are realising… almost no benefits. Innovation is no longer “nice to have.” It’s not a slide in a 2026 strategy deck. It’s do it - or get replaced. With this talk Tobias will go straight to the core: what actually creates real innovation, not innovation “theater.”
